Here are all the docs you need for a successful clean!

Risk assessment

Ensure that you select the relevant one, check it against your cleans location, add any extra risks you think could be present, add the details of your clean at the top, including the date, location, leader details, – and have a copy available for the day.

Image consent forms

If you would like to send us any photos of the day, please ensure you get permissions from those photographed and send the photos and the relevant consent forms to us at millionmileclean@sas.org.uk.

Assets to promote your clean

If your clean is public, why not promote it to invite as many volunteers to join as possible. We recommend creating a Facebook Event Page. Here are some assets you can use to promote your clean. Please email us if you would like to amend any details of your clean, including if you would like to change it to a public clean to be displayed on our map.

Million Mile Clean certificates

For a job well done please feel free to offer out certificates to volunteers to congratulate them on their hard work – yourself included!
