Where are the most disgusting waters you have surfed in?: North coast of spain

Why is SAS needed?: There is a limited quantity of water on our planet, it's our most valuable resource and yet we as humans often dispose of waste effluent into our rivers and inshore waters causing dangerous pollution. SAS is needed to stop this.
