Team SAS

Team SAS is a collective of water users who rip and who also care deeply for their environment, their playground. Some of the best surfers in Europe and the World have asked to be a part of this team, as they believe that SAS are doing a great job and they recognise that they need all the help they can get.

Team riders help SAS as often as they can with all aspects of our work, ranging from educational tours to adding their opinion to ongoing campaigns.

The team is made up of waters users who have a solid background in the sea, guys like Gary Elkerton (3 x World Masters Champion), Spencer Hargraves (2 x European Champion) and Ben Skinner (currently ranked 13 th in the world) and underground chargers like Dan Joel and ex SAS campaigner James Hendy. They all have interesting opinions on SAS and why it is needed so click on your favourite surfer and read on..

In the next few months Team SAS will be growing as we ask other water users to come onboard. The current English Champion Kite boarder Kirsty Jones has just joined us and we will be looking for the right body boarders, windsurfers, sailors and so on, so keep checking to see who we have added.
